Design
A blueprint is very important to building a new home. This is the map that keeps everyone that's involved in your project heading in the right direction and assures you that you will have the home you want when it's complete. Your blueprint also helps us in determining the material you will need to construct your home.
No doubt you have given much consideration to the design of your home already and if you have drawings or ideas of the home you want when you contact us that's fine, we will gladly work with what you have. We at Mohican Log Homes encourage our customers to bring us their ideas and we will help them design a custom blueprint that is specific to their needs and tastes.
However we do have a number of pre-drawn Home Plans that you are welcome to review. If one of these plans suits you the way it is we will gladly build it the way we have it drawn, but if you want us to modify our drawing to make the home better suited for you we will be happy to do so.
We also have many pictures of homes we have built if you would like to see them to get ideas or you can visit our Gallery to see some of the pictures we have there. After the design phase is completed you are ready to move to the Product Selections phase.
