Product Selections
After you have decided on the floor plan and the shape of the outside of the home you will begin to make some exciting choices. The selection process is when you begin to formulate your choice of products that will be used in your home.
At this point you won't necessarily be picking the exact colors or shapes of some of these products, you will be deciding what type of materials you want so we can begin to finalize the price of the home.
If you are unsure of what you want to include in your home we can explain the differences in the products to help you decide.
Some of the things you will need to choose are the kitchen you have always wanted or the kind of flooring you want, such as:
- ceramic tile
- carpet
- hardwood
The style of interior doors and trim add a finishing touch to a home.
There are also decisions to be made for the outside of your home such as different log profiles and corner styles that are now available that add character and quality to your home. The style of roofing is also a very important decision that will define the look of your home.
If you do not have a preference on some of these items we will gladly make a recommendation, however our theory is that since it's your dream home you should tell us what you want, not us tell you what you want. After some basic selections have been made we can move on to the Pricing / Financing phase.
