Kit Homes - Delivery
Depending on where you are building will determine how we bring you your material. If you are in the state of Ohio we will probably bring it on one of our trucks. If you are outside of Ohio we will likely have it delivered to you on a semi-truck.
Some items will need to be unloaded with a forklift at the job site, so since you probably already have one rented to use in the construction of your home you can use it to unload the things that need to be lift unloaded.
A few other things to consider are that we need to be able to get into the job site with a truck and that we need to be able to access it in all types of weather.
Another Option:
Our freight prices are usually very competitive, however, some people prefer to come to our place of business and pick up their material themselves. We have several forklifts, so if you call ahead and schedule a loading time we will be able to load you in a timely manor.
